Located in the former Sörmlandsbanken in central Nyköping, Banken No 34 brings together four interconnected properties into a new coworking concept. At the centre of the project is the former bank hall, forming a shared hub for work, meetings, events and everyday interaction. Studio Stockholm was commissioned to develop the project from concept and programming through design and construction documentation, creating a workplace environment that builds on the character of the original bank while meeting today’s workplace needs.
