Köpcentrum och Butiker

What a fantastic day, Fastighetsvärlden! It was so exciting to experience Stockholm View at, where we at Studio Stockholm Arkitektur have designed PwC’s new offices across large parts of the building. It is going to be absolutely incredible!

“Köpcentrum och Butiker” real highlights were Sofia Ulver, Associate Professor of Marketing at Lund University, who was brilliant, and Helena Nordström, who gave a truly inspiring talk about how places can attract people and create a sense of connection.

And Thomas Holm – you could not help but feel happy listening to him! What energy and what an infectious laugh as he shared the story of Svenska Handelsfastigheter. It was both entertaining and insightful to hear about the importance of staying clear and consistent in your business idea, even if that sometimes means daring to be a little boring.

Alessandro Cardinale, Emanuel Westin and Nicole Hjertstedt were also, as always, excellent on the panel! They shared thoughtful and interesting perspectives on how architecture, retail and programming can help create attractive and vibrant places.We were also incredibly impressed by Ricard Constantinou and Johan Kristiansen, and their ability to bring underused places to life through exciting food concepts. It was also fascinating to hear about NORMAL A/S’s strategy and Kappahl Group’s way of working. So many inspiring talks!

But above all, what fantastic networking! So many wonderful encounters, inspiring conversations and colleagues from across our industry. A special mention to Sabis AB and Madeleine Brehmer for the delicious lunch and wonderful refreshments and intresting talk!
